    We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our team. You’ll be responsible for controlling a range of projects and client accounts by managing suppliers, analysing and interpreting data and providing engaging, actionable insights for our clients.


    We love to experiment in our approach and delivery, and we’re looking for someone who is energized by this. A keen interest in blended research approaches (e.g. qual, quant, mobile, social) is a must.


    You’ll need to be proactive and have excellent organizational skills to respond to a wide range of client requests and challenges. This role will be perfect for someone who loves getting under the skin of brands to passionately and confidently deliver the latest insight stories for our clients.

    Core responsibilities:


    Manage positive day to day client relationships.


    Develop a strong awareness of the client’s business, including press coverage, their media laydown and digital strategy and previous projects, research and campaigns.


    Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.


    Support and coach junior members of the team, helping them to learn, stretch and grow.


    Understand our strategy and embraces new products, technologies and methodologies in client work.  


    Assist in the preparation of pitches, contributing charts, research or other information. Presents sections of a presentation in client meetings.


    Develop a strong understanding of different research methods and which to apply.

    Master key research skills including drafting and managing the execution of complex surveys; presenting data clearly and accurately; planning and undertaking complex analysis; interpreting data and preparing summaries.


    Manage and optimize timelines for research projects, proactively trouble shooting and collaborating with experts as needed.  Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of a project.


    Write clear and inspiring insight stories for clients using data support.


    Show a passion for the digital media landscape, actively applying our Digital Dos and using tools to analyse social data, developing bespoke reports for clients. Capable of gathering and analysing data from multiple sources.


    Stay up to date with developments in our industry and beyond with particular attention to trends, social media, consumer behaviour and data/analytics.


    Work collaboratively with the PM to implement efficacies and increase automation on accounts.
