    The Team


    Hall & Partners helps clients build brand relationships that matter enabling our clients to understand people, helping them to build commercially and emotionally rewarding relationships.  This helps people get the brands, products and services they deserve.


    Our Consumer UK division is the largest part of our business and consists of approx. 100 people set up as 6 core integrated teams. Each team is headed up by a Partner and a Research Directors to lead client teams. Clients are serviced collaboratively between qualitative, quantitative and analytical solutions to share knowledge and skills and to offer the best possible solutions for our clients. 

    Our teams manage a wide range of qualitative and quantitative domestic and international projects for an enviable list of high profile clients across a wide range of categories; everyone works on a mix of clients and markets. Our clients include HSBC, Barclays, Virgin, DeBeers, British Gas, William Grant and American Express to name a few.


    Our work is brand and communications focussed and we are growing our capabilities more broadly to offer a variety of solutions for our client’s issues.



    The Role


    Responsible for controlling a range of projects by managing suppliers, analysing and interpreting survey data and providing engaging, actionable insights for our clients.



    Core skills & Responsibilities

    • Have excellent communication skills
    • Manage client expectations and build strong, lasting relationships
    • Keep to deadlines and manage timelines on complex projects
    • Manage projects within budget
    • The ability to draft complex questionnaires
    • Undertake complex analysis
    • Strong reporting skills
    • Contribute to survey debrief
    • Manage relationships with suppliers
    • Support and mentor junior members of the team
    • Understand how to prepare analysis and outputs
    • Ability to present summary data clearly and accurately
    • Initiate regular client contact to understand clients business and needs
    • Use client knowledge to interpret data and prepare summaries
