    Role:

    We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our team. You’ll work on a range of projects and client accounts, supporting all stages of the qualitative process in providing engaging, actionable insights for our clients.

     

    We’d love someone with a passion for research and a keen interest to expand their skills in all types of research techniques and solutions including qual and quant techniques as well as mobile, digital and social media.

     

    You’ll need to be proactive and have excellent organizational skills to respond to a wide range of client requests and challenges. This role will be perfect for someone who loves getting under the skin of brands to passionately and confidently deliver the latest insight stories for our clients.

     

    We are open to a variety of backgrounds including people with a passion for marketing, digital, analytics, social media, mobile, semiotics, human behavior and psychology.

     

    Core responsibilities:

    Supports the team in managing positive day to day client relationships.

     

    Develops key research skills including drafting and managing early version of project documents, supporting the development of research materials and stimulus. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of a project.

     

    Take opportunities to attend and support fieldwork, including ethnographies, IDIs, co-creation groups, workshops etc.

     

    Develops an awareness of the client’s business, their current products and services, new campaigns etc.

     

    Takes opportunities to present at internal meetings or training sessions to develop skills with a view to presenting in client facing contexts.

    Stays up to date with developments in our industry and beyond with particular attention to trends, social media, consumer behaviour and data/analytics tools.

     

    Manages and optimizes timelines for research projects, collaborating with experts as needed.

     

    Writes inspiring insight stories for clients.
